If cancel and want to transfer to another person, here are the steps:
1 You need to contact us by email and inform us with name (Name, Last Name and Email) of the person who cancel

You need to give us the name (Name, Last Name and Email) of the person to whom you want to tranfer your Pass
3 The new register will have the confirmation of his full Pass by email. The canceller will have the same email to confirm the transfer
